7. What should I do if my order is delayed?
If the maximum delivery timeframe has passed and your order has still not arrived, please allow an additional 2 days (Monday to Friday) and remember to check your tracking code. If your package is still missing, contact us and include your order number.

8. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@malvori.com immediately.
We can cancel orders before they begin processing. Once processing has started, cancellations can no longer be completed, and you will need to follow our Return and Refund Policy after delivery.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, email support@malvori.com promptly with clear photos and a short description of the issue.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or send the correct item at no extra cost.
