Return Window
  • You can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Return Process

To initiate a return, email support@malvori.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address.

  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.
  • Use a reliable, trackable courier service.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days.
  • Processing times can vary by payment provider.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Email support@malvori.com with your request. Returned items must meet the same conditions (unused, unworn, unwashed, original packaging, tags attached). Once we receive your return, we will process and ship the replacement.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@malvori.com immediately. We can cancel orders before they begin processing. Once processing has started, cancellations can no longer be completed, and you will need to follow our return process after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, email support@malvori.com promptly with clear photos and a short description of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or send the correct item at no extra cost.
